The scissors were an object owned by Noraida Figueroa. They had the power to rotate people or things. This can involve spinning them on their head or even into a wall or out of a window. It can also spin large objects like walls. The Scissors were the third object needed to get into the Collectors Vault along with the Key and the The Clock. Joe Miller and Karl Kreutzfeld forcibly removed the scissors from Noraida after she refused to negotiate with them.
